3. Solutivemind Calendar — Google Calendar Usage
Solutivemind Calendar integrates with Google Calendar to provide scheduling functionality. Below we describe in detail how we use this integration.
3.1 What we access
We access the primary calendar of the authenticated user. The Google scope requested is: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
3.2 What we use it for
- Check availability (freebusy): We check the free/busy status of the user's primary calendar to show available time slots to external invitees.
- Create events: When an invitee confirms a booking, we automatically create an event in the user's Google Calendar.
3.3 What we do NOT do
- We do not read the content, title, or description of existing events
- We do not share calendar data with third parties
- We do not sell calendar data
- We do not use calendar data for advertising
3.4 Token storage
Google OAuth tokens are stored in our protected database and are used exclusively for the operations described above. Tokens are automatically refreshed when they expire, solely to maintain active functionality.
4. Solutivemind Chatia — Instagram Integration
Solutivemind Chatia integrates with Instagram through the Instagram Graph API to provide message and comment automation functionality. Below we describe in detail how we use this integration.
4.1 How we use the data
- Run automations: We process direct messages and comments to trigger the response flows configured by the user.
- Conversation history: We store the history of interactions to display the context of each conversation within the platform.
- Audit: We log executed actions to allow the user to review their automation activity.
4.2 Instagram data retention
Data obtained through the Instagram Graph API is retained for a period of 12 months from collection, unless the user requests deletion earlier.
4.3 Instagram data sharing
Instagram data is shared only with our infrastructure providers:
- Railway: Hosting platform whereSolutivemind Chatia runs
- Neon: Database provider where data is securely stored
Instagram data is NOT sold or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
4.4 Instagram data deletion
You can request the deletion of all your Instagram data stored in Solutivemind Chatia by writing to info@solutivemind.com. Requests will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days.
4.5 Meta compliance
Solutivemind Chatia uses the Instagram Graph API and complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. The use of Instagram data is strictly limited to the purposes stated in this policy and to the functionalities enabled by the user.

11.3 Scope of deletion
Upon requesting deletion, the following will be removed: your user account, OAuth tokens, availability settings, event types, and associated bookings.
11.4 Response time
Deletion requests will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days.

- Data is retained while the account is active or as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
- Contact form data from the website is retained for a maximum of 2 years.
- Following a deletion request, data is deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymized logs may be retained for usage analysis.
